I wanted to do a portrait that the subjects face wasn't the finely detail focal point. after basically completing the image I had the idea to just start dry brushing the figures face and what you see is the end results of that process. As with all my paintings, this is gallery wrapped, the sides are painted, it's wired and ready to hang.
